“Set on 28 acres of sprawling bushland in the heart of Mount White, Saddles is a gourmet eatery, bakehouse and nursery just an hour north of Sydney.

Our philosophy celebrates all that is ‘Australiana’ – the wild yet beautiful landscape, the magical flora and fauna that surrounds the homestead and dam, and the unique wildlife that calls Saddles’ home. 

The name takes inspiration from artisan saddler, Heath Harris, one of Australia's most renowned horse trainers and masters of saddlery. Harris regularly crafts saddles for John Singleton’s nearby Strawberry Hills Stud and personally designed the famed saddle chairs at our brass-scalloped bar in our dining room.”
